The prices displayed on this website do NOT include I. V. A. Accept the order implies the acceptance of all the terms and conditions of purchase by the customer.
The minimum order for the shop is€ 18 (without I. V. A.) in articles.
Once you place the order and fill in the required fields, it will send an e-mail with the confirmation, order number and valuation of the same.
Orders that for a period of 10 days have not been paid will be low.
The language that we use on this website (information, e-mail, orders, etc...) is Spanish, (even though the website can automatically translate to English).
HOW TO BUY
It is very easy to buy in Beading Zamakor, here are the main steps.
You can choose the category that you are interested in (Beads, Clasps, Chains, Bracelets, Earrings and Leather) or the sub-category that most interests you (Pendants, Charms, Beads, Connectors, metal Sheets, Entrepiezas, Pins, Etc...).
You can also browse by choosing among the new features, using the finder, etc...
Display the product you are interested in, by clicking on the main photo of the product, you'll be able to see an enlargement of the photo, all the details of the product, besides being able to see other photos. Within the product tab, you can view your composition, available sizes, colors, reference and price, as well as other articles of the same category.
Select a product, the quantity, and add it to the shopping cart. Then you can choose to continue shopping or to process directly with your order.
If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process with another article, but if you want place order, you can register or place an order as a guest.
Once you've entered your data, check that they are correct and click “confirm”.
The data inputs are at your disposal in the client area, by logging in with the email and password you have chosen.
In the customer area you have the option to identify or correct the data that you have entered.
The delivery notes of order and invoices are available in the client area.
Choose the shipping method and make sure that the shipping and billing address are correct.
Select a payment method: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, on delivery or Transfer.
Confirms the order.
You will receive an email confirmándo your order so that it is very important that your email details are correct.
Once you submit your order, you will receive another email shipment confirmation.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF ORDERS
THE FORM AND TERM OF SHIPMENT
The packages are sent generally within 2 to 7 working days after the receipt of payment. Shipments are made through the transport company NACEX or by certified mail, the national (Only for shipments to the Canary islands, Balearic islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
Shipping costs vary depending on the geographical area:
Iberian peninsula and Portugal: 5,88 € (NACEX).
Canary islands, Balearic islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 7,49 € (e-MAILS).
Other countries consult.
If your order is sent through the agency NACEX and you have provided your mobile phone, you will receive a text message with the shipment information. If your order is sent by EMAIL, we will send you an e-mail on the day following the making of the order with the tracking code.
The shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping.
The shipping expenses are fixed, although as shown in our promotion are free from 60€ of purchase in the Iberian Peninsula and Portugal.
For shipments to Canary islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands, the port is free from 75€ of purchase order.
Do not deliver orders to post office boxes.
The shipping cost will be reflected in the moment of the purchase.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The period for making changes and refunds your order is 15 days from the receipt of the same.
We only accept returns of defective material and only through the acceptance on the part of Beadwork Zamakor of the same.
No returns will be accepted for differences of tone color.
Our products are handmade, therefore, it is possible to find small differences in finish between products that are apparently equal, it does not affect this in any way to the quality of the product.
It is recommended to avoid exposure to water and/or corrosive substances such as perfume to lengthen the life of the products.
To request a refund, you have to get in touch with-Beading Zamakor through the following e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating always the order number and a description of the break. From that moment we will contact you to inform you of the procedure to follow.
The shipping and delivery of the returns shall be for the charge of Beads Zamakor, provided by the transport company appointed by the same. In the case of request for a change as a customer that is not considered as a return, the shipping costs shall be at your expense.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Bank cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard and American Express
The amount of the purchase will be charged in customer's bank account, within maximum of 4 days from the day of the order and it shall be effective after confirmation of your agreement from the bank payment centres.
In the case that the TPV (Terminal Point of Sale) informed of the refusal of the card, will automatically cancel the order, reporting online customer of such cancellation.
For your safety, glass Beads Zamakor has relied on the system of payment by credit card from the Paypal payment gateway.
The bank details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to servers of the bank, and subsequently, are verified with the issuing bank to prevent fraud and abuse.

Your order will not be shipped until we have verified receipt of payment. To expedite this process you can send us proof of payment by e-mail to the following address: email@example.com, indicating the order number and customer name.

Orders can be paid cod upon delivery of the package by the courier (NACEX), This form of payment takes a commission of a minimum of 2.5 € or 2.5% of total order amount if this exceeds€ 100 and is not available for all destinations.

The discounts that apply in our store automatically are:
