In the design of unique pieces, every element counts. Whether for a jewelry line, promotional products, or personalized event details, laser-cut charms offer precision, versatility, and a flawless aesthetic.
At our company, we offer custom-made laser-cut charms for orders starting at 100 units, with a unique advantage: we use silver-plated brass for our jewelry pieces, providing an elegant, durable, and high-quality finish.
Materials We Work With
We usually use silver-plated brass of various thicknesses for our laser-cut charms. Depending on the type of charm or piece being designed, a specific thickness is selected for optimal results. We can also produce pieces in silver or stainless steel. Contact us with your preference.
Types of Charms
Laser-cut charms on a flat base have evolved rapidly. Not only do we create flat plates with various cuts, but we also include curved elements and different finishes to produce unique and original charms.
Flat
Flat-shaped charms are the most sought-after by those looking for simple designs. But with a little imagination, we can create highly original and fun charms.
Curved
Laser-cut charms can also be curved. This allows us to make connectors and spacers for bracelets with any desired motif. Bracelets with a curved center charm look much more refined.
Earrings
These charms, made from a flat sheet, are also ideal for creating earring sets. They can be made with a soldered post and backing, or as dangles for hippie-style earrings. Using a thin sheet yields spectacular results.
Rings
Perhaps the least-known method: making rings from a metal sheet cut with a high-powered laser. From a thicker metal plate, you can create rings with the design or motif you have in mind, which are then curved to fit standard sizes.
With Enamel
Many of our charms are made from silver-plated zamak casting, to which colored enamel is applied. This results in more intricate and original pieces. We can apply the same technique to laser-cut charms, making imagination the only limit
Minimum Production Quantities
One limitation of this technique is the minimum production quantity. To keep unit prices affordable, we require orders of at least 100 units.
If this suits your project, contact us for pricing, delivery times, and conditions.
Quality in Every Job
As you’ve seen, many of our charms are made of brass with a generous coating of pure silver. The finish is of excellent quality, and we don’t use any metals that may cause skin allergies.
